Pavlides Cotton Gin ‘s facilities were built in 1998 at the 5th km of the National Road Giannitsa -Thessaloniki, in the heart of cotton cultivation in Central Macedonia. The company installed mechanical equipment from the USA of the latest technology.

The whole facility includes a cotton ginning plant, cotton seed and corn dryers, cotton seed warehouses with a complete aeration system, row cotton warehouses.

From its foundation until today, the company is constantly making improvements and investments. The company is distinguished for its ecological consciousness, it has a combustion unit (high pressure) for the ginning residues (twigs – leaves), from which energy is produced (combustion steam) which is used in the drying of seed cotton and cottonseed, replacing the classic LPG combustion. Thus, the unit does not pollute the environment with waste. At the same time, the combustion unit has a dust filter, which minimizes the emission of pollutants into the environment.

Almost all of raw cotton it produces ends up in foreign cotton companies or is sold directly to textiles abroad. The main export destinations of its products are the countries: Turkey, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Italy, China, Pakistan and Tunisia.
